What
Can You Expect?
Sessions can be held in person but are
most often done on the phone.
Appointments are scheduled for three 30-minute sessions
per month.
Unlimited e-mail and fax support is available between
sessions.
Cyber coaching is available if telephone rates are too
costly or scheduling difficult.
The coach asks you for your best.
Coaching works because it is consistent, focused and
intentional.
